No guarantee of funding We do not guarantee approval, a particular rate, the lowest price, a completion date or a funding outcome. Lender decisions depend on their criteria and checks. Do not incur non-refundable costs or make commitments in reliance on funding being available before the relevant lender has confirmed its offer and conditions.

Submitting an enquiry does not oblige you to accept finance or a partner's services. You can raise concerns about our conduct using the enquiry form or by replying to our correspondence. Complaints about a partner's service should be raised with that firm, without affecting any rights you have against us.
